First: is a Binance card offered where you live?
Binance's card has been region-limited and has changed over time. It isn't available in many major markets. Before you sign up for the card, open binance.com/en/cards while logged in and check whether it shows as available for your account's country. A referral link doesn't change that.
What the referral does
- It records that you joined through CryptoCardCodes. Any welcome reward is set by Binance's current referral or campaign terms, shown on the page you land on.
- It isn't a card discount code. We don't know of a public code that cuts Binance card fees, and we won't invent one.
- Like any exchange account, you'll need full KYC.
